Just got off the phone with someone from this office. I work at a lender and ordered evidence of insurance (1st request). Once the binder came over we noticed it was the renewal binder. So in order for my bank to be covered from funding through renewal we had to order a current binder to show this (2nd request) - the current dec page came over missing the address on the mortgagee clause so we had to request again for it to show (third request) - I received a call from an angry person saying they've responded already to our requests and what more can they do? I was specific in what we needed and stated it and was met with so much hostility, told they've always done it this way. That's fine with me but we can't fund a loan that doesn't show the complete mortgagee clause and asked her to provide something that does. More hostility, long hold time and more hostility. I explained to her that I'm not the original requestor and need these items quickly and had to hang up, she was so angry and it was undeserved. This office should work on customer service. I may not be the insured but am working on behalf of the insured and customer service should be consistent no matte who works with your office.
